Previous winners of the Young Masters Art Prize, including Ghost of a Dream, will feature in a fundraising exhibition at Rupert Cavendish Antiques, King’s Road, London, 18 June 2012 – 4 July, with an auction of works hosted by Christie’s taking place at the same venue on 21 June.

This dynamic exhibition will showcase Young Masters past and present, combined with an auction of selected artworks hosted by Christie’s on 21 June 2012, 6:30 to 9:30pm. Drinks and canapés will be served at a reception sponsored by Baydonhill FX and Chilean wine, Casillero del Diablo. Proceeds and donations will support the Young Masters Art Prize, a not-for-profit initiative.

Young Masters winners and finalists, Ghost of a Dream, Lluís Barba and Charlotte Bracegirdle, will all be featured, as well as exciting 2012 newcomers Elaine Wilson, Wieland Payer, Nina Fowler and Nick Veasey. Says Cynthia “Our initiative is unparalleled in that it showcases international contemporary art with historical links both to the British public and the arts world. We’re delighted that our prior winners and runners-up have since gained substantial awareness and this exhibition/auction will secure funds to ensure the continuation of Young Masters.”
