TERMS OF SALE
These Terms of Sale will apply to any contract for the sale of Artworks listed on our website (Young Masters Art Prize – www.young-masters.co.uk)
Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before purchasing any Artworks from our site. Please note that by ordering any of our Artworks, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please click on the button marked “I Accept” at the end of these Terms if you accept them. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Artworks from our site.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website and these Terms of Sale at any time and at our sole discretion. Every time you wish to order Artworks, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the Terms which will apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated on [1st November 2017].
1. About The Young Masters Art Prize
1.1 The website www.young-masters.co.uk is operated for The Young Masters Art Prize (Young Masters), a not-for-profit initiative of the Cynthia Corbett Gallery. For further details or to contact us please visit https://young-masters.co.uk/about/contact/ or email firstname.lastname@example.org
1.2 You must create an account with Young Masters to purchase Artworks. A user must register to become a member. You may receive information about impending sales campaigns via Young Masters email service. You can opt out by unsubscribing from emails in the footer.
2. The Artworks
2.1 The images of the Artworks for sale on our site are for illustrative purposes only; Artworks may vary slightly from those images displayed on the website. Ensure you have read the full product description, before ordering an Artwork, to ensure you will receive what you are expecting.
2.2 We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Artwork you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order. If you have paid for an Artwork that is not available, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.
3. The Contract
3.1 After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place as described in clause 4.3.
3.2 Accepted orders will be confirmed upon receipt of funds. You will then be contacted by a representative of The Young Masters Art Prize to confirm shipping information.
3.3 If we are unable to supply you with an Artwork, for example because that Artwork is no longer available or because of an error on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Artwork, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
4. How to pay
4.1 You can pay for Artworks using PayPal. If you have any questions on payment, please contact us on +44 (0)20 8947 6782 or email@example.com.
4.2 Payment for the Artworks and all applicable delivery charges is required in advance.
4.3 You will own the Artworks once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.
5.1 Delivery will be completed when the Artworks are delivered to the address you gave us.
5.2 The Artworks will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
6. General questions and complaints
6.1 Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org directly for all questions, complaints and issues that relate to the orders, unless described otherwise in these Terms.
