Young Masters Art Prize 2019

Young Masters Art Prize will be awarded to the artist who shows an exceptional understanding of their creative medium alongside an awareness of the art of the past.

The winner of the main Young Masters Art Prize will receive an award of £1,500. There will be two Highly Commended Awards of £500, courtesy of the Artists’ Collecting Society (ACS).

The independent judging panel will include critic Godfrey Barker; Director of Pallant House Art Gallery, Simon Martin; Associate Editor of Harper’s Bazaar, Frances Hedges; internationally renowned sculptor Jillian Berelowitz; art historian Jean Wainwright; and founder of the Bridgeman Art Library and Managing Director of the Artists’ Collecting Society (ACS), Lady Harriet Bridgeman, CBE.
